Although she has worked internationally, for many years she still has a direct approach to communicating matters, understanding the diplomacy needed to come across in different cultures. A master degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in International Marketing has taken Kerstin to different Management positions in large corporate organizations as well as small local companies mainly in IT and Telecom, for the last 25 years. Since 2002 Kerstin is the owner and CEO of TRÄFALLET AB, 3falls Executive Coaching & Consulting, Sweden. This is her platform for delivering Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching and Professional Personal Empowerment in collaboration with leaders in all industries.
Kerstin is a certified coach with ICF. She is working as an independent subcontractor to several international coaching organizations such as Korn/Fery and Axialent. Kerstin coaches her clients with integrity, humility and authentic communication to take a position in life and to make things happen. She inspires her clients to explore dreams and definitions of success with an outcome of maximized performance linked to passion and a strong vision. |
ALIVE Leadership Education
Kerstin is also the proud founder of the ALIVE method, ALIVE Education and ALIVE Leadership and Team Education with horses. Since 2007 she has trained and licensed over 30 partners and facilitators with the ALIVE method in Sweden and Norway.
Horse Assisted Coaching
In 2011 3falls Coaching added Horse Assisted Coaching as a professional service in the portfolio. This is a coaching service engaging horses as catalyst and accelerator in the coaching process. With the horse as a co-coach, the client’s personal and professional development is speeded up significantly.
